The voluntary GLOBAL GAP certification, which Miss Freschezza has decided to renew for years, supports our idea of preserving nature and the environment. In fact, among the requirements to have this certification it is necessary to monitor environmental data to act with responsible behavior, trying to reduce theimpact on the environment.
Thanks to the installation of a meteorological station we are able to have environmental data that allow us to understand when and if it is necessary to irrigate, when it is most appropriate to carry out certain treatments, etc. Furthermore, we can monitor environmental trends over the years and consequently predict the future in some way. Sensors for leaf wetness, soil humidity and the presence of dew are selected and useful sensors for the protection of plants and which our meteorological station is equipped with.
