Precisely in these days the Miss Freschezza team is starting to transplant celery and parsley crops into the fields.
How does it work? The seed it is partly purchased from specialized seed companies and partly self-produced for those rustic varieties where the seed has been handed down for generations. Then it is germinated in one nursery and raised until the stage of 2-4 true leaves, after which it is planted in the field and raised until its physiological maturation.
Miss Freshness guarantees complete traceability of its products ISO 22005 certified which starts from the seed up to the finished product, along all the links of the production chain. Traceability certifies the production and marketing of horticultural products no GMO thanks to awareness and documentation about the origin, growth and all production processes, up to the consumer's table.
Quality, food safety and certain origin are the key words that express the mission of the company.
