Chard and chicory are harvested and packaged directly in the field in boxes, then they arrive in the warehouse and pass through a hydrocooler where the products are washed and sanitized thanks to ozonated water. The boxes are arranged on the pallets according to the orders and are then stored in the cells awaiting departure.
Miss Freschezza is keen to underline that these two products are ISO 22005 certified, therefore they guarantee traceability to the 100% e GLOBAL GAP which qualifies agricultural products regarding sustainable and environmentally friendly production methods.
